Nothing quite beats learning from experts in the field of gin about the beautiful drink while at the same time having great fun and enjoying some yum G&T infused cupcakes!.

• Our gin experts will teach you all about the various gin flavours and different type of botanicals used to flavour the gin
• You’ll learn how to infuse your own gin with a selection of ingredients. You’ll have a chance to make your own with our ‘Gin-It-Yourself‘ menu.
• A shot starts off the class in the right way!. Then it’s down to the serious business of sampling – we never said it was going to be easy!. In total you will receive 3 Gin and Tonics (There are over 13 different premium gins on the menu, different tonic options & garnishing options).
• You’ll be split into teams to play a tasting game and to catch out other hens
• You will get you sample our special gin and tonic infused cupcakes (These come out in middle of class)

• Professional Group Picture – We have a team of photographers in Letterkenny every weekend. We’ll take a professional picture of your group for the memory bank
